【摘要】:Theproceduresforthedeterminationofpropertiesofsingle-filamentbeadwiremadefromsteelareconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsofthisproductbecausetheproceduresarethebestavailableandhavebeenusedextensivelyinthetrade.Incaseofadisputearisingfromdifferencesinreportedtestresultswhenusingthesetestmethodsforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipments,thepurchaserandsuppliershouldconductcomparativetesttodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweentheirlaboratories.Competentstatisticalassistanceisrecommendedfortheinvestigationofbias.Asaminimum,thetwopartiesshouldtakeagroupoftestspecimenswhichareashomogeneousaspossibleandwhicharefromalotofmaterialofthetypeinquestion.Thetestspecimensthenshouldberandomlyassignedinequalnumbertoeachlaboratoryfortesting.TheaverageresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingStudent''st-testforunpaireddataandanacceptableprobabilitylevelchosenbythetwopartiesbeforetestingisbegun.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbedeterminedandcorrectedorthepurchaserandthesuppliermustagreetointerpretfuturetestresultswithconsiderationtotheknownbias.1.1Thesetestmethodscovertestingofsingle-filamentsteelwiresthatarecomponentsoftirebeadsusedinthemanufactureofpneumatictires.Byagreement,thesetestmethodsmaybeappliedtosimilarfilamentsusedforreinforcingotherrubberproducts.1.2Thesetestmethodsdescribetestproceduresonlyanddonotestablishspecificationsandtolerances.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.
