【摘要】:Inrespectofthehazardslistedin4.1anddealtwithinclause5,thisstandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofthefollowingkindsofscrewtypeextrudersforplasticsandrubber.-singlescrewextruders;-twinscrewextruders;-multi/multiplescrewextruders;-hotfeedextruders;-coldfeedextruders;-vacuumextruders;-pinextruders.Thisstandardalsocoversthefollowingfeedingsystems:-hoppers;-singlerollerfeedingsystems;-doublerollerfeedingsystems;-crammerfeedingsystems:andthefollowingancillaryequipmentwhichformpartoforareattachedtotheextruder-screenchangers;-melt/gearpumps;-meltducts;-staticmixers;-degassingequipment;-shearheaddevices;-extruderhead.Thisstandardonlyappliestoextruderheadsthatgiveinitialshapetotheplasticizedmaterial.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoextruderswithoutscrews,e.g.:-pistonextruders;-discextruders;-rollerextruders.ThisstandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthisEuropeanStandard.
