【摘要】:Thisstandarddescribesthedeterminationofthemolecularweightdistribution,number-averagemolecularweightMnandweight-averagemolecularweight,MwofpolymersthataresolubleinTHF(tetrahydrofuran)bygelpermeationchromatography(GPC).Itispossiblethat,inspiteofthegoodrepeatabilityofthechromatogramsobtained,thismethodcannotbeusedwithcertainpolymertypesbecauseofspecificinteractions(e.g.adsorption)withinthesample/eluent/columnsystem.Themethodisnotanabsoluteoneandrequirescalibrationwithcommerciallyavailableunbranchedpolystyrenestandardsthathavebeencharacterizedbyindependentabsolutemethods.Theresultsforsamplesofpolymersotherthanpolystyrenearethereforeonlycomparablewithingroupsofsamplesofthesametype.TheconditionsspecifiedinthisstandardarenotsuitablefortheGPCanalysisofpolymersampleswithMwvaluesgreaterthan10~6g/mol(seeAnnexC).Nocorrectionmethods(e.g.fortheeliminationofpeakbroadening)areincludedinthisstandard.Ifabsolutemolecularweightvaluesarerequired,anabsolutemethod(e.g.membraneosmometryforMnorlightscatteringforMw)shallbeused.

适用范围
本标准规定了用气相色谱法检验乳及乳制品中植物油的方法。本标准适用于乳及乳制品中植物油的定性检验。 本标准修改采用国际标准ＩＳＯ３５９４：１９７６《乳脂中植物油的检测 气相色谱甾醇法》（英文版）。
考虑到我国国情，本标准与ＩＳＯ３５９４：１９７６的主要差异如下：
———增加试样的制备；
———修改分析步骤，增加试液的制备、皂化、萃取步骤；
———修改气相色谱参考条件；
———免去国际标准中试验报告章条；
———删除国际标准中色谱图，增加资料性附录Ａ 胆固醇、β谷甾醇典型气相色谱图；
———编写格式、用语遵照我国标准ＧＢ／Ｔ１．１—２０００《标准化工作导则 第１部分：标准的结构和编
写规则》和ＧＢ／Ｔ２０００１．４—２００１《标准编写规则 第４部分：化学分析方法》。
