【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricalappliancesforheatingliquidsforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.NOTE101Someappliancesmaybeusedforheatingfood.NOTE102Examplesofappliancesthatarewithinthescopeofthisstandardare-coffee-makers;-cookingpans;-eggboilers;-feeding-bottleheaters;-kettlesandotherappliancesforboilingwater,havingaratedcapacitynotexceeding10I;-milkheaters;-pressurecookershavingaratedcookingpressurenotexceeding140kPaandaratedcapacitynotexceeding10I;-slowcookers;-steamcookers;-washboilers;-yoghurtmakers.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE103Examplesofsuchappliancesare-gluepotswithawaterjacket;-livestockfeedboilers;-sterilizers.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-theuseofappliancesbyyoungchildrenorinfirmpersonswithoutsupervision;-playingwiththeappliancebyyoungchildren.NOTE104Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountries,additionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities,NOTE105Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-fryingpansanddeepfatfryers(IEC60335-2-13);-storagewaterheaters(IEC60335-2-21);-instantaneouswaterheaters(IEC60335-2-35);-surface-cleaningappliancesemployingliquidsorsteam(IEC60335-2-54);-portableimmersionheaters(IEC60335-2-74);-commercialdispensingappliancesandvendingmachines(IEC60335-2-75)-appliancesformedicalpurposes(IEC60601);-appliancesintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;-appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);-appliancesforhigh-frequencyheating;-pressuresterilizers,NOTE106Attentionisdrawntothefactthatinmanycountriesrequirementsforpressurevesselsareappliedtopressurecookers.
